God Complex

I don't have all the details fleshed out, but basically what if, instead of trying the god nanites on themselves first, the Consortium used them on test subjects. By the time people figured out what was happening these test subjects or "EVOs" were already mutated beyond repair. Rex and Caesar Salazar are two EVOs that the nanites worked on and are on the run from the Consortium. The way I imagine it this AU would have a lot of good brother bonding!
